still stress binging

this past week… all i did was eat. milkshakes, chocolates.. etc i had for sure, at least 12 servings of chocolate (all from after-easter sales!) ( and i had 4 peeps yesterday at 4am)

anyway, back to the chopping board.

1 espresso royale medium coffee of the day

2 starbucks chai chocolates (1/3 in a serving * 200 calories) = 140 cals

1 cesear salad with parmesan cheese and croutons = 200?

1 frozen spring vegetables mix (40 x 3 servings) = 120

running total: 460 calories

monday neuroendo talk

this weekend…i’ve been eating so much chocolate & coffee  & sandwiches  & pizza…recently because I’m too scared to go into my kitchen. i even had mcdonalds!

3 coffees (bevier MEL, 2 espresso royale (6th, neil))

kofusion sushi sampler! (10 rolls)  - yes some of them were very mayo-ish and saucy :P
